How can I help the sanctuary?
Running a sanctuary requires a huge amount of resources and time. In order for us to continue, we truly need your support.
There are all sorts of ways to help;
* Silent Partners
* Commercial sponsorships (Books)
* Volunteering
* Joiniing our monthly prize draw
* Donating items such as scrap food, blankets, hay, bailage or straw. All these items are a large chunk out of our funds and every little bit helps.

Become a Silent Partner
By becoming a silent Partner of the HVFS, you'll be making a meaningful contribution to the animals in our care, with a minimum yearly contribution of $50.00 is all it takes to get going.
Your contribution will be used for the animals welfare needs, such as feeding, vet expenses, suppliments, rugs, dentist and hoof trimming.

Friends of Hidden Valley Farm Supporters Club
Join our monthly draw Supporters Club for as little as $2 per month, which equates to one chance to win a cash prize and/or vouchers. You can choose to make a one-time annual payment of $24 or set up a convenient automatic monthly payment of $2. Members can increase their chances of winning by purchasing additional entries for $2 per ticket per month, with no limit on the number of entries you can buy. For example, 2 numbers will cost $4 per month, and so on. Our draw will be announced live on Facebook in the first week of the following month. Winners will be notified.
How it works; half of the money raised will go to Hidden Valley Farm Sanctuary, while the other half will be split into cash and/or voucher prizes The more members and tickets we have, the bigger the prize pot!

Commercial Sponsorship (Books)
Our key team have created an early learning childrens book series called Adventures at Hidden Valley Farm. The books contribute to our fund raising efforts. The series is based on the true charectors of the farm and all their fictional antics. The first book "Derek the Hungry Sheep" was published in 2023. We are ready to publish book 2 "Babs the goat goes to the fair" in 2024 but dearly need to find a commercial &/or financial sponsor to cover the production costs. Quize Night
In collaboration with The Sprig & Fern Motueka, we have arranged a Quize Night to raise funds.
It's a fun evening, so please gether a team and join us on 29th of October 2014 on Wallace St Motueka.

Sponsor or Adopt a Farm Pet
All our farm pets in the sanctuary have been surrendered into our care due to their owners change in life cercumstance. In many cases their owners sponsor their pet with a weekly fee that covers their costs toguarentees them a safe and happy life. Of course we have taken in farm pets that don't have sponsorship and we are now at our self funding capacity. As a NOT for Profit organisation we do rely on the generosity of others. It is a win win however in our pet sponsorship program. As you get to choose which pet to sponsor giving you access to them, to enjoy on sunny days. We do the rest.

The sanctuary is open by request for half or full day sessions. Cost will depend on your group requirements. POA
We offer wonderful farm holidays in our canapy cabin style accommodation, it's simple and fun! This holiday is a minimum of 3 to 7 nights and enables you to get up close with the friendly farm pets. Gum boots and rain coats essential. POA
We offer a theraputic one on one, or small group, with hands on workshop to emerse yourself into the rythem of the horse heart beat and enjoy other sanctuary animals. POA
